The Care plan is $99 a month and Care Plus is $199 a month. Both are billed monthly with no minimum term. Business and E-Commerce projects include three months of Care at no cost.
No. We take on sites we did not build, though we run a paid technical review first, usually around $149, to see what state it is in. If it turns out to be a mess we will tell you honestly whether maintaining it or replacing it is the better spend.
Content edits, image swaps, adding pages or posts, small layout tweaks, plugin work, and troubleshooting. It does not cover new feature builds, redesigns, or integrations. Those get quoted separately as fixed-price items, and we tell you before starting anything that would exceed the block.
One month, so a quiet month gives you four hours the next. Beyond that they expire, which keeps the price flat rather than us pricing in a backlog.
Yes. There is no minimum term and no exit fee. Cancel before your next billing date and the plan stops at the end of the period you have paid for.
