A conversation and access to whatever exists already: your domain registrar, current site, logo files, and any photography. If you do not have some of those, we will tell you exactly what to get and where.
Yes, and most clients want that. If you have brand guidelines we follow them. If your brand is a logo someone made in 2014 and nothing else, we can either work within it or quote a light identity refresh as an add-on.
It depends on what you need to do after launch. Most business sites go on a fast static build, which loads quickly and costs very little to host. Online stores usually go on Shopify. We choose based on your situation and explain the trade-off before committing.
Yes. We need to change a few DNS records at your registrar to point the domain at the new site. You can either add us as a collaborator or technical contact, which most registrars allow without sharing your login, or we can walk you through it directly on a screen share while you stay logged in. Either way it takes about ten minutes and we will never ask for your registrar password.
You can have them. Additional rounds are quoted as a fixed add-on so you always know the cost before agreeing. In practice the blueprint step means most projects use one and a half rounds.
